Its that time of the year again when the new season starts. Historically it begins with pre-season training and this is where the hard work is done to define the out come of the new season.
The Stars Pre-season training starts on TUESDAY 5TH JULY AT 6.30 at the Playfootball club ground, Bettws.
Malpas are looking to build on their promotion & cup winning season so lets all make the effort.
All current players please try and make it on Tuesday night. Also any new players of any standard wanting to start playing rugby are more than welcome together with past players considering starting to play for Malpas again. All new and past players will be welcomed into the Malpas family.
The coach has assured me that the first session will be on the light side to break people in and the intensity will be increased week by week as the fitness levels of the players increase.
Please get down the club for 6:15 for a prompt start at 6.30
